VERTX COOKIE POLICY

VERTX TALENT LTD ("VERTX", "we") uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. This policy lists every one of them, says what it is for, and tells you how to change your mind.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not use tracking pixels, and we do not use Google Analytics.
1. COOKIES AND BROWSER STORAGE
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Browsers also offer local storage, which holds information in the same way without using a cookie. The rules that apply to cookies apply equally to local storage, so both are listed here.
2. WHAT WE USE
2.1 Strictly necessary
These are required for the platform to work, and are set without asking, because without them you could not sign in or record a choice.

2.2 Analytics, only if you accept

Our PostHog instance is hosted in the European Union. Before any analytics event leaves your browser we remove values that could identify you, including any email address, name, telephone number or access token that appears in a web address.
2.3 Advertising and marketing
We set none. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting anything.
3. YOUR CHOICES
3.1 The banner
The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics. You can Accept or Decline. Declining leaves only the strictly necessary entries in section 2.1, and does not affect your access to anything.
3.2 Changing your mind
Select Cookie settings in the footer of any page. The banner reopens, shows your current choice, and lets you change it. Declining after previously accepting stops analytics immediately, in the same session.
3.3 Your browser
You can also view, block and delete cookies and storage through your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary entries in section 2.1 will stop you signing in.
4. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy if what we set changes, or if the law does. The version number and date at the top tell you when it was last revised. Where a change is material, we will ask for consent again through the banner.
